1. General Terms
By booking and using the services of Aqua Dive Resort, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Reservations and Payments
- All reservations require a deposit to confirm the booking. Full payment must be made prior to check-in or before the start of any diving activity.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash upon arrival.
- Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the reservation date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Diving Activities
- All divers must present valid diving certifications before participating in diving activities.
- A medical questionnaire must be completed before diving. If any health concerns arise, a medical clearance may be required.
- Aqua Dive Resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit to dive for safety reasons.
- Dive schedules and locations are subject to change due to weather, sea conditions, or other safety considerations.
5. Equipment Rental
- Divers are responsible for any rented equipment and will be charged for any lost or damaged items.
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received.
6. Liability and Insurance
- Aqua Dive Resort is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay or diving activities.
- Guests are advised to have personal travel and dive insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost equipment.
7. Code of Conduct
- Guests must respect the environment, marine life, and local culture.
- Any reckless or dangerous behavior that jeopardizes the safety of others will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
- Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level to ensure the comfort of all guests.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indonesian law, and any disputes shall be resolved in local courts.
